Well here we are at the end of the first quarter of 2019! How are your goals going?
I can’t believe how quickly these 3 months have passed, but as promised I am back to an unfortunately very short update on my Goals Progress.

Goal 1 – Lose Weight
Progress – 15/120lbs lost
From the beginning of January to End of March I have lost 15lbs of my 120lb goal.
That’s just over a stone, which sounds alright until you realise that 10lbs of that was from having my baby – then it’s not quite so impressive.
My little girl was born on 17th January, 9 days late by an elective c-section weighing 7lbs 10oz – my birth story will be coming soon, hopefully.
Due to having another c-section my recovery seemed slower this time and with a newborn and toddler (as well as a double buggy that I physically can’t get out of the door) I have been struggling to get out of the house by myself to go for walks etc.
Actions for this quarter
- Get back on to Huel for Breakfast! Huel is Human Fuel that you can replace as many meals of the day as you would like. I prefer to have it just for breakfast as a smoothie whizzed up with Coconut Water, a banana and some frozen mango – it’s delicious and keeps me full! (This is in no way an ad it’s just great stuff)
- Make sure I’m drinking at least 2L of water EVERYDAY
- GET OUT OF THE HOUSE and go on walks, however small. Just need to move more!
Goal for End of June – Lose 20lbs
Goal 2 – Conquer Fear of Driving
No Progress Made
Unfortunately I have not made any progress with this one.
I’m going to put that down to having a baby and the massive adjustment period that comes with that in the first few months.
Actions for this quarter
- Contact a Therapist
- Start going to therapy to discover the route of the problem
Goal for End of June – To have started Therapy
Goal 3 – To Stay Focused and Consistent
Progress is harder to track on this one but I have feeling pretty good about it
I have been staying focused on my Printable Planner Sticker Shop Fairly Organised Chaos
It acts as a creative outlet for me and is something I can do during nap time which helps to keep me sane on some days.
Actions for this quarter
- To be more consistent on this blog and write at least 1 post a month
- To add at least 5 new listings to the shop a week
- Interact more on Social Media
Goal for End of June – To have increased Sales on Etsy and added more blog posts on here
